We meet for 60 minutes with voice only. If you're in Australia, I'll call you on the phone. If you're outside Australia, we'll meet on an audio-only Zoom call. No camera either way, so you can simply be with what's moving.
Does this work over the phone or Zoom?
Yes, beautiful Soul. Energy isn't held by distance. I work with clients across Australia by phone and around the world on Zoom audio, and the work moves just as deeply. Most people find it even easier to soften when they're in their own space.
Can I book from anywhere in the world?
Yes. Sessions are available worldwide, and the booking calendar adjusts to your timezone automatically.

Is this therapy?
